• Profile and team data: Business profiles, NFC tag content, team member details (names, roles, photos, links), and custom fields you choose to add to your pages.
• Payment information: Billing details processed securely by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card details.
• Communications: Support requests, feedback, or messages you send us via email or the app.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and actions taken within LinkLeb (e.g., page views, NFC scans) to understand how the service is used and improve it.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and referring/exit pages collected via cookies, server logs, and analytics tools.
• NFC usage: Approximate location and timestamp when NFC tags are scanned (if location services are enabled on the scanning device).

Information from Third Parties

• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) for billing verification.
• Email services (e.g., Resend) for transactional emails.
• Identity providers if you use social login (future feature).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the LinkLeb service, including profile management, NFC functionality, team collaboration, and analytics.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, billing, and support.
• Improve the service through analytics, bug fixes, and feature development.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and ensure security of the platform.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Cloudflare, Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Stripe, and analytics tools that help us run the service, under strict contracts requiring them to protect your data.
• Business transfers: If LinkLeb is acquired, merged, or sold, your data may transfer to the new owners.
• Legal requirements: To comply with laws, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, property, or safety.
• With your consent: For example, if you request we share data with a third party.

Data Storage and Security

• Storage location: Data is stored in Supabase and associated cloud services.
• Retention: Account data is kept as long as your account is active. After deletion, data is removed within 30 days (except backups retained up to 90 days for recovery). Aggregated analytics are kept indefinitely.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of your data.
• Correction: Update inaccurate information.
• Deletion: Request removal of your account and data.
• Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection: Opt out of certain processing (e.g., marketing).

LinkLeb is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
