Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be 16 or older and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Accounts and Security

• Create one account per organization and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at support@linkleb.com.
• We may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms or for non-payment.

3. Service Description

LinkLeb provides digital business profiles, NFC/QR integration, team management, analytics, and custom domains. We may add, remove, or modify features from time to time.

Free and paid plans, along with limits and prices, are described on our Pricing page.

4. Your Content

• You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service (profiles, images, links, logos, etc.).
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights.
• You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

5. NFC Hardware

NFC tags and related hardware are physical products that may be provided by LinkLeb or our partners. After purchase, tags are your property. We are not responsible for physical loss, theft, or damage to NFC tags.

6. Payments and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider.
• Free trials may convert to paid plans if not cancelled before the end of the trial, as described at signup.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You are responsible for any taxes imposed on your subscription.
• Downgrading your plan may result in loss of features or capacity at the end of your current billing period.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code where not open source.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service except via permitted APIs.
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or any illegal activity.
• Interfere with or disrupt servers, networks, or security features.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

8. Intellectual Property

LinkLeb, our logo, product names, and designs are trademarks or trade dress of LinkLeb. You may not use them without our prior written consent. The Service, including its design and code, is protected by copyright and other laws.

9. Uptime & Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable during planned maintenance or due to events beyond our control.

10. Termination

• You may cancel and delete your account at any time via the dashboard or by contacting support. Data will be removed from active systems within 30 days, with backups retained for a limited time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the platform or other users.
• Sections on payments, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkLeb and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkLeb and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in Beirut (or another agreed forum for enterprise customers) will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
